The host Paolo was excellent, hugely welcoming and helpful. Very easy to get to Florence centre via the tram. 5 min walk to a tram stop

Exceptional
As said by many others, Paolo was an incredible host. Offered to pick us up from the tram stop when we arrived and even rescued us from the city centre after midnight when the scheduled trams did not arrive. The room was in a good location and the bed was large and comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone
